Products Information

Yes, we are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure this: any seller found to be selling non-genuine products will immediately be delisted from Goto.

Yes, Goto only offers 100% new and unused products. The only exception is for refurbished laptops for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the vendor.

Product Warranty & Installation

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the right side of the product page.

If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of the page. Just click on the more information icon on the right side of the Return and Warranty tab (see the picture below for ref).

To claim your warranty, please refer to the manufacturer and service center details given on the warranty card included with your product (if applicable). Order Cancellation

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

Order Shipment

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products, the location where the item is picked from and the destination to where it is delivered.

The total shipping fee charged will be clearly indicated for each product individually at the main product page and the total shipping fee for the cart will be displayed at the checkout page.The shipping charges are always shown separately from the price of the product.

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items. There are no hidden charges on partial shipment.

We have the following payment methods through which you can make a payment:

The Goto mobile website offers all the payment options that our regular Goto website version offers. You can pay without any worries with your preferred option.

Pre-payment is 100% safe and easy. However, Goto also offers you the possibility to pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt/ airway bill of your order.

Note: Some Items may not be available for COD.

Fraud detection and prevention are very important to us. At Goto, we take all necessary steps to ensure that transactions are genuine, safe and that our customer details are completely secure.

Charges & Financial

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on GotoThe order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services.

3D Secure password is an additional one-time password, that you’ll be asked to enter on the payments page. This password is known only to you, and is sent to you via email or text. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

Vouchers

It’s simple! When you get to the payment stage while checking out simply enter the "Gift Card" code in the voucher box.

Any Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.

If your voucher value is less than the order amount, you’ll be asked to select an additional payment method to complete the payment, which could be COD or credit card.

You can select the payment option at the time of checkout.

At the moment, you can only use 1 voucher per order.

Yes, if you place a order using a collectible voucher and the order is returned or cancelled, the voucher will be returned to your wallet. However, the voucher validity will be the same as original voucher so you can only use the voucher if its still valid.

Once we have called your registered mobile number and confirmed the order with you, we expect delivery to happen within 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Unfortunately, we are not offering international deliveries at this time.

Absolutely !! we deliver all over Pakistan through our own fleet in certain cities, and through our logistics partners as well.

You should refuse to accept an open package. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately via our UAN (021) 111-11GOTO (111-114-686).

Unfortunately Self Collection of order items is not available. Rest be assured that your order will be delivered to your address, safe & sound!

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product page of those items.

Delivery charges confirmed at the time of order placement are spread throughout your order.

We will call you to confirm the order, including the item and total price. Once you have confirmed the order with our Customer Service rep over the phone, it will be delivered to you in 5 to 7 working days. We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product, and sometimes may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Our delivery person may contact you to confirm your exact location and confirm time of delivery.


If my refund gets validated, how and when will I get reimbursed?


Refund process begins after we have completed Quality Check on your returned product. The quality check process may take 1 to 2 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will notify you of the result as soon as the quality check is complete.



As a refund, you can either claim a store credit Refund Voucher of the amount you had paid for your returned item or you could ask for a complete cash refund. In case of a store credit voucher, you can use the store credit voucher for a new purchase on the website subtracting that amount from the new total. In case of a cash refund, the refund based on the amount will either be refunded via an online bank transfer into your bank account, or via a cheque mailed to your address.

In case of credit card payments, refund can either be claimed as a store credit Refund Voucher or via transaction reversal.

What is a Refund Voucher?


A Refund Voucher is a return mechanism of equal worth to the value paid for the item that you have returned.



You can use a Refund Voucher at checkout to discount the amount of the voucher from your next purchase. This Refund Voucher can be used on multiple purchases (if the purchase value is less than the amount of the refund voucher) until your refund voucher balance amount is Rs. 0.

A refund voucher is valid for 180 days you need to use your voucher during this period, post which the voucher will expire and cannot be used.


How do I use my Refund Voucher?


If you have been issued a Refund Voucher, you will receive a discount voucher code via email.



Please enter this code in the discount code box and click "Apply Code" during checkout at payment step. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount. 


If my returned product is not validated for refund, how do I get informed?


If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. Please make sure you are available at the corresponded time to accept the item at your doorstep. Failure to delivery will result in us holding your item for a 30 day period which you can collect yourself from our office.


I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will you refund me?


For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.



For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.



If you purchased an item with a Refund voucher, we will refund you the sum of the amount you paid (including the amount of the refund voucher used).

You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return. If the item you wish to return meets the criteria mentioned below, your return can be initiated by calling our helpline at (021)-111-11GOTO (4686) which is available 24/7


Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:

  • • Pack items and attach the return label
  • • Arrange product pick up or drop off
  • • Your returned item will be Quality Checked

If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item


What are the conditions for returning an item and what is the procedure?


Your item cannot be returned if it belongs to one of the following restricted categories . (These categories are restricted from returns owing to certain business, health or hygiene reasons).

How to Request a Return?

You can request to initiate a return by contacting our helpline at (021)-111-11GOTO (4686) or customer@goto.com.pk to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure, and either arrange for our courier partners to pick-up the product, or confirm the nearest service provider location where you can drop-off the product. 



Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information: 

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
  • Where and when the product should be picked-up

Note: For pick-ups, we will make 3 attempts to pick-up the product. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled pickup to make things easier for you.


Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?


If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service executive know your choice and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product. If you choose a refund voucher, you can use it to buy a similar product or a different product on goto.pk yourself using the amount originally paid for the returned item. 



If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?


If your return does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. 



Note: We will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled delivery.


As a general rule, Goto does not offer any product warranties as these are provided by the manufacturers or brands of products. However, our Customer Service will assist you in any way possible to figure out how to claim your warranty from the company, or warranty provider.


How do I know if my product has a warranty?


Different products are covered under different warranty policies. To confirm the warranty type of a particular item, please note the following steps

  • On the Product Page, under the product description, you will see details for warranty.
  • If the product has a warranty coverage, this field will identify the duration of the warranty and how the warranty is covered.


How can I claim warranty?


Warranty claims are subject to the warranty coverage of the item you have purchased, if the product has a warranty from the brand, a warranty card will be included in the packaging. Please follow the following steps to initiate a warranty claim.


  • If your product is non-functional or broken on arrival, you can call the goto.pk helpline at (021) 111-11GOTO (4686) within 1 day of delivery to initiate an exchange or return of the product.
  • If your product produces a fault post the initial 7 days of delivery but is within warranty timeline, you can call the goto.pk helpline at (021) 111-11GOTO (4686) and provide the following information from your receipt and warranty card to initiate a warranty claim
    • Order Number
    • Order Date
    • Item Details
    • Warranty Period (on warranty card)
    • Nature of fault
  • To claim warranty directly from the brand, please contact the authorized service center using the details stated on the warranty card provided with the item.

Note: We urge you to save the invoice and warranty card together to ease warranty claim process.
