WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

WARRANTY FOR HOMAGE WATER DISPENSER
- This is your warranty from HOMAGE Water Dispenser warranty is only given to those customers who have purchased HOMAGE products from Company’s authorized dealers.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to acquire, fill-out complete warranty.
ONE YEAR PARTS & SERVICE WARRANTY
- The company is liable to provide warranty for a period of one year on covering parts replacement and gas charging (if require) for once only from the date of commencement. (Plastic. Glass. Color, Rubber parts are not included in the warrant).
- The company is responsible to change technical parts within the warranty period for one time only.
- The warranty is not applicable to any part which is damaged by accident, electrical short circuit, electricity fluctuation, poor electrical wiring, high low electrical voltage, fire, natural disaster or mishandled by carelessness.
- The parts and maintenance charges after one year from the date of commencement will be borne by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the transportation of the faulty unit to and from the service center, however, the company can provide lifting service on payments by the customer.
- Technician visit charges and maintenances charges are applied after three months from the front the date of commencement.
WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID
- Any customer or dealer is not allowed to change the terms/conditions and filled or a portion of the warranty card after it has been filled and stamped. In case of changes carried out, the warranty will be void and cease to exist.
- The warranty will be considered invalid if HOMAGE products are given to an unauthorized service center and or handled/repaired/tampered by the customer himself/herself.
- It is the obligation of the customer/buyer to provide the proper voltage of 220-240 volts of electricity supply. Any defect(s) arising due to improper poor electric supply, electricity fluctuation, high/low voltage or use of substandard wiring renders this warranty void.
- Warranty is not valid where water dispenser is tampered with or altered in any way or has been
- Subject to misuse, negligence or accident or has serial number altered, disfigured or removed.
COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE
- The company, due to unavoidable circumstances, force majeure, or emergency situation, law & order situation or any other incident, will not be liable for provision, delay in warranty service to the customer.
- Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurred arising out of the use/operation of this product.
OTHER
- This warranty & use of this product will be governed by Pakistan Law, Any proceeding arising out or in connection with this warranty or the use of this product may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Karachi only.
