Gaba National Warranty Terms and Conditions

Gaba National products are free from any manufacturing, workmanship or components defects. The Warranty applies only to original purchaser provided; it is purchased from one of its authorized Retailers.
One Year Parts Warranty
In case of the operational defect within one year of purchase, free replacement of a defective component with new or functionally operative will be borne by the company once. Transportation visit charges and any other charges will be borne by the customer
Three Years Compressor Warranty
In case of Gaba National Refrigerator, Split & Air conditioner if the product compressor becomes inoperative as a result of defects in material or workmanship, it will be replaced free of cost by a new or functionally operative compressor once only in three 3 years. The cost of gas charging, parts labor home attending and transportation will be borne by the customer.
Any legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the warranty or the use of the product may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Karachi only.
The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurred to the property arising out of the use/operation of the product.
Warranty will not be applicable when:
Defects resulting from the abnormal electrical load, short circuit, and poor wiring.
Any Gaba National Product which has been tampered with or altered in any way, or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or repaired by any Unauthorized Technician, or which has is a serial number, disfigured or removed.
Warranty will not be applicable excluding outer body, bulb, frame, plastic, rubber accessories, and the inner glass plate.
